After a severe health crash in her early twenties and years of trying to push, force, and control healing, she learned that true progress often comes from stepping back and loosening our grip. Today, Justine teaches a gentler, feminine approach to mineral balancing that looks beyond supplements to the bigger picture of life — stress, nourishment, environment, and rest.
